Summer School Programme
For eligible final-year students resolving previously registered failed courses that may delay graduation.
Registration on the portal does not automatically qualify a student for participation.

Do not make any payment until your application has been fully approved by the Department, Faculty, and Summer School Board. Any payment made before the required approvals, or made in error, is strictly non-refundable.
Eligibility and Approved Workflow
Who may participate?
The programme is restricted to qualified final-year students whose failed courses may prevent timely graduation.
Previously Registered Courses
Only failed courses already registered in an earlier semester are eligible. Fresh courses are not permitted.
Maximum of Four Courses
A student may apply for no more than four eligible failed courses.
Minimum Previous Score
The failed course must meet the prescribed minimum total score threshold before it can be considered.
Five-Week Programme
Four weeks of tutorials followed by one week of examinations, subject to the approved academic timetable.
Approval Is Mandatory
Registration does not automatically qualify a student. Departmental, faculty and board approval are required.
